Soilmec SR30
Soilmec rigs are self-mounting, easily transportable and designed to giving the best drilling solutions.
- The hydraulic drilling rig SR-30 has been specially designed for suiting the following applications:
- LDP cased bore piles with casing driven directly by rotary head or optionally by casing oscillator powered by the base carrier itself
- LDP deep uncased bored piles stabilized by drilling fluid or dry hole
- CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piles by means of long auger string
- TJ (Turbojet®) / TTJ (Twin Shaft Turbojet) – soil consolidation
- GK-5 (Diaphragm Wall) – with hydraulic guided grab.
- The SR-30 is equipped with the DRILLING MATE SYSTEM (DMS) on 12′ touch screen for monitoring and control of the rig performances and operating parameters .
Soilmec SR-50
The Soilmec SR-50 is an efficient drilling machine capable of high torque and great maneuverability for all drilled shaft jobs. With a detachable lower mast segment this machine is perfect for doing over-sized shafts in the 4′ to 8′ diameter range without having to mobilize a large drill to site. The SR-50 also has a low headroom kit so drilled shafts can be completed despite overhead obstructions. With drill depths to 150′, the SR-50 brings immense performance in a mid-sized package.

Soilmec SR-625
The Soilmec SR-65 is a track mounted rig, making it able to access even hard to reach job sites. It is especially capable in extremely hard rock and difficult drilling conditions. It is large enough for big jobs, and setup is extremely uncomplicated.
The hydraulic drilling rig SR-65 is mounted on a Soilmec base carrier and has been specially designed for suiting the following applications:
- Cased bore piles with casing driven directly through rotary head or optionally by casing oscillator powered by the base carrier itself
- Very deep bored piles stabilized by drilling fluid or dry hole
- CFA piles by means of very long auger string
- CAP piles with double rotary
- Displacement piles
- Soil-mixing
- Reverse circulation
- It can be converted to work with an hydraulic grab for diaphragm walls

The hydraulic drilling rig SR-90 has been specially designed for suiting the subsequent applications:

The SR-90 in kelly version is equipped with the Drilling Mate System (DMS) on a 12″ touch screen for monitoring and control of the operating parameters. The DMS equipment includes fault checking and reporting and a monitor unit designed to display:

- Pump pressures
- Drilling depth
- Rotary speed and pressure
- Crowd pressure
- Graphic drilling trends
- Mast verticality

Piling Units
Enteco E7060 Hydraulic Piling Rig
The Enteco is a pile driving rig suitable for the application of hydraulic impact hammers up to a 15 ton total weight. The E7060 is specifically designed to drive prefab concrete piles and steel piles up to 18 meters in length or up to 22 meters by adding a mast extension. The E7060 can also be equipped with Rotary Drives, for the construction of CFA piles, Soil Displacement Piles, or Bored Piles.
Main specifications include:
- Operating weight (without hammer) of 65 tons
- Hammer max. Weight of 15 tons
- Maximum pile length of 22 meters
- Free-fall winches with patented free-fall device and grooved drum
- Wide inclination angle of the mast, longitudinal and lateral

Linkbelt MP2
The Linkbelt MP2 is a piling unit mounted on a Linkbelt 330 LX body. This unit trams faster than other tracked piling units making very effective for piles spaced at distances such as for pipe racks. It also transports in one load and can setup within minutes of arriving on site. Is capable of installing piles to a maximum length of 18.29m
Oscillators
LEFFER Casing Oscillator
The hydraulic casing oscillators have been designed in accordance with the latest technical know-how. A prominent feature of the equipment is the clamping collar consisting of five links operating on the boring implement. The individual links surround the casing like a chain so that a constant surface pressure is exerted on the casing circumference. In addition, the large height of the collar (400 and 700 mm. resp.) prevents any damage to the casing. Bu means of easily exchangeable reducer pieces the oscillator can be converted within a few minutes to a smaller casing diameter. The collar opens uniformly and enables unproblematic insertion of the casing with the cutting shoe. Another advantage is the low height on the excavator side. The excavator can be swivelled by 360 ° in the coupled condition. Attachment at the excavator itself is torque rigid and guarantees the transmission of the full rotating movement of 25° to the casing if the excavator is firmly situated.
