Red Deer Piling Inc’s Health and Safety Management System provides our employees, management and subcontractors with the tools and resources necessary to effectively manage risk to themselves and others. Red Deer Piling Inc insists that our employees and subcontractors make safety their personal responsibility. With our ‘Destination Zero’ program we believe we can effectively eliminate workplace injuries, illness and damages.
At Red Deer Piling Inc we’re always looking to improve on our past performance, including how to make our work sites and practices more efficient and safe. We do this by sharing best practices and lessons learned across the organization and including active employee participation in the development and implementation of current, new and potential safe work practices, procedures, hazard identification and reporting techniques and documentation.
As a family owned company, we see Red Deer Piling Inc as an extension of our own family, this has meant safety is of the upmost importance to us. We are members of the Alberta Construction Safety Association and because of our daily attention to safety we hold a Certificate of Recognition.
